Makbuz: Digital Receipt Management Mobile App
Makbuz is a mobile application that assists users in managing and organizing their receipts digitally. It enables users to create receipts and store them electronically. Users can define their company and create teams to allow sales representatives within the team to issue receipts using their credits.
The app ensures security by hosting its communication services and website on Microsoft Azure. Instant notifications are provided for all team members who join. Receipts are kept confidential and not shared with anyone unless authorized by the user.
Users can cancel receipts if granted permission by their manager. In cases where the user lacks the authority, only the company administrator can cancel receipts. Additionally, a unique SMS code is sent to the customer for receipt cancellation, ensuring secure transaction management.
